I had an early train to catch in the morning and the staff at Sarazena were pretty good too make sure I had breakfast. They brought a kettle and tea to my room, and a kind staff member escorted me to the breakfast room where I could grab some food. The hotel's location near the train station was very convenient, and the room itself was comfortable and clean. I highly recommend Sarazena for your stay in Zermatt.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the friendly staff. The breakfast had a good choice of buffet foods, and the hostess was cheerful and happy to chat with the guests. The staff members were helpful and provided great advice for exploring the attractions in the area. the hotel's key location next to the train station made it very convenient for commuting and easy access to various parts of the city.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the room was uncomfortably hot, and the bedding was not comfortable at all.

The staff at Sarazena was amazing! They were very good too accommodate our needs and ensure we had a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to the Gornergrat station and the city center. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning and the beds were so comfortable. The view from our room's balcony of the Matterhorn was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zermatt.

No complaints, everything was great!
